Is my data stored on your servers?
No. We use a 'Browser-First' approach. Your CSV data is parsed locally in your browser. We only store your mapping configuration and a reference to your payment session to verify your download.
What SQL dialects do you support?
Currently, we specialize in production-ready PostgreSQL syntax (including Upsert logic). Support for MySQL and SQLite is coming later this month.
How long is my download link valid?
To ensure security, download links expire 24 hours after a successful payment. Make sure to download your script immediately after checkout.
Can I get a refund if the SQL is wrong?
We provide a Live SQL Preview of the first few rows for free before you pay. Please ensure the preview looks correct before proceeding to checkout. If you encounter a technical bug, contact our support team.
